Belle’s childhood fascination with photography piqued when she was gifted a 35mm camera on her 12th birthday. A full mid 1980’s obsession launched. Soon, friends and family were falling victim - forced to pose in vibrant neons and musty coats sourced from her parents' bedroom. At school the art teacher encouraged the madness, giving young Belle a key to the school's long abandoned darkroom - a blessed sanctuary where solace from the uneventful daily grind of 80’s education was found.

Belle graduated from RMIT with a Bachelor Degree in Film+Media and has worked as a freelance photographer, stylist & teacher of fashion photography at RMIT University and The Watershed Media Centre Bristol UK. Belle is also the co-founder of Triple Axel Creative Agency and is constantly inspired by the healing powers of Mother Nature.
